BLM Releases Statement Supporting The Cuban Government

Videos by OutKick

In a statement released Wednesday night, Black Lives Matter threw its support behind the Cuban government in its battle to maintain its communist control over its citizens. If there was ever doubt that BLM loves communism, this should end the conversation.

“The people of Cuba are being punished by the U.S. government because the country has maintained its commitment to sovereignty and self-determination,” BLM writes in its rich statement. “United States leaders have tried to crush this Revolution for decades. Instead of international amity, respect, and goodwill, the U.S. government has only instigated suffering for the country’s 11 million people – of which 4 million are Black and Brown.”

Let’s not forget that this is the organization that so many American companies have thrown their support behind. Like the NBA. MLB. Let’s also remember that MLB put ‘BLM’ on mounds around the league. On Opening Day! Yes, the same league where some employees have risked their lives to escape the communist regime and here we are with BLM now throwing it’s full support behind Cuban leadership and chastising the U.S. government.

Rob Manfred deserves this pretzel being served up by these idiots.

“The extortionist ring known as the Black Lives Matter organization took a break today from shaking down corporations for millions & buying themselves mansions to share their support for the Communist regime in #Cuba,” Marco Rubio tweeted.

Of course Marco’s talking about one BLM co-founder who went out and bought four houses. Expensive houses.

“It has brutalized & denied freedom to generations of Cubans, and forced my family & so many others to flee,” Sen. Ted Cruz said of the Cuban Communist Party. “The American people stand squarely with the men & women of Cuba and their noble fight for liberty.”

Now we sit back to see how many BLM members will seek asylum in Cuba where they can live under the control of their heroes. Or maybe seek dual-citizenship so they can fight for justice here and then winter in Cuba where they can bask in the greatness that is socialism.

  1. So they do know that many Cubans are “black and brown,” support the Cuban government imprisoning them for demanding freedom, the same freedoms enjoyed by Americans, while blaming America for the Cuban government’s actions. Stick to burning down ghettos, BLM. You’re out of your league here

  2. Of course and where are the self loathing ignorant white mfers Kerr and Popovich and Cuban who routinely bashed our president and country and sided with the blm mfers and all the chicom loving b ball players so fucking stupid its painful.Notice none of them have left our country and moved to Cuba they just shoot off the big fucking mouths while making multi millions per year while the cuban people are enslaved.

  3. Let’s not forget the US Flag is a symbol of racism, hate and oppression according to them. We all know Manfred, Goodell and Silver aren’t going to commit to the movement and have these flags removed from our stadiums and arenas. I’m hoping some media member takes them to task for supporting these buffoons and see if they’ll denounce this group now.

  4. The only blame the US government has in regards to Cuba is allowing their communist government to continue to exist as long as we have. A free Cuba would quickly return to the thriving, educated, religious and wealthy country it was earlier in the 20th century before Castro. A great people under an evil regime.

  5. This is great. It confirms what we’ve always said about this group, that they’re anti American, Marxist, anti white grifters. I still don’t think liberals and woke corporation’s will bail on them. They’re to stupid to be able to separate the slogan from the group. They’re to f-ing dumb to be able to say we support all lives including black lives but we don’t support the organization BLM. So if imagine there’ll be crickets today about this. I hope I’m wrong but I doubt it. Liberals are just to easily manipulated.

  6. The attempt to connect their support of a communist dictatorship to blackness was laughable. Dictators aren’t suddenly absolved of oppressing their subjects for decades just because they once gave a black person asylum. That’s equivalent to saying Bill Cosby is a good person because he once donated to the Jackie Robinson Foundation.

Also, it’s incredible that the same people who say voter ID is racist are now supporting a government that doesn’t even hold legitimate elections.
