Bills Place WR Cole Beasley On Reserve/COVID-19 List

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, the team announced Tuesday.

ESPN's Field Yates reports Beasley tested positive and is unvaccinated — he will miss, at minimum, the game against the New England Patriots on Sunday and will be out for at least 10 days.

The wide receiver was previously placed on the COVID list in August — despite testing negative — after the league designated him and other teammates as close contacts of a vaccinated training staff member who tested positive.

The 32-year-old receiver has recorded 640 yards on 76 catches this season.

ESPN reports Beasley is the fifth player on the active roster and seventh overall on the COVID-19 list.

The Bills (8-6) currently sit second in the AFC East, with their next matchup is scheduled against the division-leading New England Patriots (9-5) on Dec. 26.
