Biden Calls Reporter A 'Stupid Son Of A B****'
As President Joe Biden fielded questions from the media Monday, inflation was apparently something he didn't want to discuss.
FOX News' Peter Doocy asked if inflation was a political liability, before Biden insulted him on his way out.
"That’s a great asset. More inflation? What a stupid son of a b****," Biden said sarcastically.
Biden has had his fare share of dealings with Doocy, with the two sharing a tense exchange Thursday of last week.
“You always ask me the nicest questions,” Biden said.
“All right, I got a whole binder full,” Doocy responded.
“I know you do. None of them make a lot of sense to me," Biden said.
During that same press conference, Biden lashed out at another FOX News reporter.
Jacqui Heinrich was the next victim, after she asked Biden, "Why are you waiting on Putin to make the first move, sir?”
“What a stupid question,” Biden responded.
Shortly after taking office, Biden assured everyone that the days of a president being "disrespectful" at the podium were over. An obvious shot at President Donald Trump, Biden threatened to fire anybody working with him that talked down to anyone.
"But I'm not joking when I say this, if you are ever working with me and I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone, I promise you I will fire you on the spot," Biden said.
Time will tell if these rules will apply to Biden himself, or if his comments will be swept under the rug.
