NCAA Tournament 2024 Opening Odds: 'First Four', First Round Games

Selection Sunday is in the books and the field is set for the NCAA Tournament 2024. The Big Dance features 68 teams with the First Four tipping Tuesday, March 19 before the first round Thursday. March Madness 2024 culminates with the Final Four April 6 and the national championship April 8, both at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

To no one's surprise, the reigning national champs, and 2024 Big East champion, UConn Huskies are the No. 1 overall seed in the tourney and atop the East Region. The Big 12's Houston Cougars are the 1-seed in the South Region. While the Big Ten Tournament 2024 runner-up, Purdue Boilermakers, is the first seed in the Midwest. Finally, the ACC's North Carolina Tar Heels are the top dog out West.

However, now that the "who", "what", "when", "where", and "how" have been addressed, let’s discuss the most important thing about the NCAA Tournament: The betting odds.
