Longtime Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has now made his return official, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Most NFL executives thought the six-time Pro Bowler would call it a career after a disappointing end to last season, but it seems Brady’s title in Tampa may have pushed Roethlisberger to want more.
Steelers have signed QB Ben Roethlisberger to a new contract for 2021.

Pittsburgh currently has their hands tied in terms of salary cap, so chances are that big Ben took a major discount here.
Can’t say we’re surprised to see the return of another quarterback practically in his 40s, right? These guys never want to retire. Anyway, Year 17, here he comes.
Well no SB in Pittsburg’s future he’s been kinda fragile lately bet he won’t play an entire season without injury not hoping just sayin
Like it or not he’s still the best QB option for the Steelers. When you consider that he had no run game and was forced to throw the ball every down with a surgically repaired arm it’s impressive that they were still able to win a tough division.
Ravens and Browns will take turns winning the AFC North for the foreseeable future, but Ben had his time in the spotlight, and he made Steelers fans proud. Best wishes for the future, Ben, next season and beyond !!!
Perhaps in the second or third round, the Steelers can find a value QB pick. Mason Rudolph is not the future.
If someone would pay me as much as the Steelers pay him, I’m playing until they drag me out of the stadium.
