Rivals released its five-star rankings for the Class of 2023, and Newman quarterback Arch Manning earned the elite five-star grade.
Manning was one of four recruits to earn a five-star ranking in Rivals’ first reveal of the 2023 class.
The website released a list of top-100 prospects for the 2023 class on Tuesday and listed Manning third overall, second among quarterbacks.
In two seasons at Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, Manning has passed for 4,330 yards and 55 touchdowns and rushed for 12 scores.
According to the website, Manning has offers from 10 major college football programs: LSU, Alabama, Arkansas, Duke, Florida State, Georgia, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Tennessee.
