Notes:

1) Now that this includes the Big Ten and Pac-12, we've got Ohio State (6), Penn State (10), Oregon (14), Wisconsin (19), and Michigan (23). It'll be interesting to see if they move up or down before they start play at the end of October / beginning of November.

2) Oklahoma slid from no. 3 to 18 and LSU slid from no. 6 to 20 after getting upset by Kansas State and Mississippi State.

3) Miami continues to rise, going from no. 12 to 8. This is an even bigger leap considering the Big Ten is now involved, but they shellacked Florida State and QB D'Eriq King looks super impressive.

4) Mississippi State leapfrogged a ton of teams, including Tennessee (which actually slid five spots, in part due to inclusion of the Big Ten and Pac-12, despite beating South Carolina). Last week, Mike Leach's Bulldogs were unranked. A lot of respect for the KJ Costello air raid.

5) Near the top, Florida who was impressive in beating Ole Miss leapfrogged Georgia which struggled into the second half with Arkansas.
