Wacko California Teacher Suggests Students Pledge Allegiance To Gay Pride Flag
Meet Kristin Pitzen, an English-as-a-second-language teacher in the Newport Mesa School District in Orange County, California. She's your typical radical teacher who has been pumped out of the collegiate ranks and brought her radical ideals with her to a classroom where, on a TikTok video, she bragged about suggesting her students pledge allegiance to the gay pride flag in her classroom.
Why isn't there an American flag in Pitzen's room for pledge of allegiance? She claims the flag was boxed up during COVID and she hasn't bothered to dig it out. Hahahahahaha...I'm not going to get it out because I hate this awful country...hahahahaha.
"I always tell my class, stand if you feel like it, don’t stand if you feel like it, say the words if you want, you don’t have to say the words," Kristin said on the TikTok where she goes by Mrs. Gillingsworth. "So, my class decided to stand but not say the words. Totally fine," she adds.
"Except for the fact that my room does not have a flag because it made me uncomfortable."
"In the meantime, I tell this kid, ‘We do have a flag in the class that you can pledge your allegiance to. And he like, looks around and goes, ‘Oh, that one?'" as Pitzen points at the pride flag hanging on her wall.
As expected, the LGBTQ community thinks this is humorous. The Newport-Mesa school district wasn't as giddy. “Showing respect for our nation’s flag is an important value our district instills in our students and is an expectation of our employees,” district officials said. “We take this matter seriously and are investigating and addressing it,” the district said in a statement.
Kristin could at least let the kids get through grade school before the indoctrination at the collegiate level. Cal-State Fullerton, where she graduated, should do the right thing and open a spot in its English department for Kristin to teach undergrads to hate their country.
