By the end of the day we could possibly have all DI conferences coming back to play football this fall. A full return depends on the Mid-American Conference saying they're BACK. And there was talk Thursday night that the NCAA is thinking about dropping win requirements to play in bowl games. This is exactly what I've been calling for over the last decade or so. If a city needs a team and thinks that team will bring enough fans, send them to the bowl.
