Polls: Kamala Harris Is A Complete Disaster As A Vice President

The latest approval rating polls are out, and there's bad news for Democrats who thought Kamala Harris would be the perfect partner for Sleepy & Sometimes/Always Confused Joe Biden. Things are so bad for Harris that there are rumblings by Democratic strategists that Harris could become a liability during the midterms, according to The Hill.

It gets worse. After six months of being Sleepy Joe's handler, Kamala Harris is "viewed less favorably" than the president. Her unfavorable rating, according to Real Clear Politics, is at 46% while Biden's is at 43%. In an Economist/YouGov poll released last week, Harris' unfavorable rating hit a whopping 48%.

“As of right now, I think she has the potential of doing more harm than good for some of these candidates,” a Democratic strategist told The Hill. “My sense is she’ll probably raise a lot of money and maybe she’ll go to some specific districts, but they’ll have to be really strategic with her.”

“She doesn’t have the standing at this moment to go to a lot of these tighter districts.”

Mike Pence's unfavorable rating at the same time in office was at 41.9%.

In a poll conducted by the Trafalgar Group from July 12-July 13, 58.6% of those polled said they weren't confident at all in Kamala Harris being ready to be president. In total, 63.6% had no confidence in Harris assuming the presidency.

Harris, who's been assigned to fix the border crisis, doesn't exactly seem ready to do anything with a problem that seems to have exploded over the weekend when Fox News reporter Bill Melugin reported on a massive surge of migrants at the Mission, Texas entry point.

What happened to the migrants who came to the border? Melugin reports they'll be dispersed across the United States by a Catholic charity. Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar tweeted Saturday that "Our DHS agents, and border communities, are overwhelmed and must be prioritized."

"Something has to change!" he added.

Cuellar and Sen. Lindsey Graham have called on Biden to appoint a "border czar" to deal with a problem that hasn't been corrected by Harris, who made a trip this summer to El Paso for a photo op.

"They don't need pats on the back. They need help down there on the border," Cuellar said last week. "Something has to change when it comes to border immigration issues."

Now just imagine Kamala Harris as president.
