The Seattle Seahawks (1-1) edged the Miami Dolphins (0-2) in their season opener 12-10 on a touchdown with only 31 seconds remaining, and both teams lost last week in disappointing fashion to division rivals. The Seahawks managed only a field goal in a 9-3 road loss to the Los Angeles Rams while the Dolphins trailed the New England Patriots 24-3 at halftime before rallying a bit in the second half en route to a 31-24 setback.

Browns at Dolphins (-9.5) (Sun, 1 p.m. ET) -- Matchup Report

Cleveland will be playing its third different quarterback in three games when rookie Cody Kessler lines up under center for his first career start. Kessler did not look good in the preseason, and neither did the Browns in either of their first two games. The Dolphins may be winless at 0-2, but they will break through in a big way here with their first victory and beat the line while dropping Cleveland to 1-5 against the spread as an underdog of 7.5 points or more.

Raiders at Titans (-1.5) (Sun, 1 p.m. ET) -- Matchup Report

Tennessee is coming off a nice road win last week at Detroit but is due for a letdown against a dangerous Oakland team. The Titans have lost 11 in a row both straight up and ATS when covering their previous game, and they are also 0-7 SU and 1-6 ATS in their next game after winning as an underdog. In addition, the Raiders are 6-2 ATS in their past eight games as dogs, so look for them to pull off the small upset and improve to 2-1 before visiting Baltimore in Week 4.

49ers at Seahawks (-9.5) (Sun, 4:05 p.m. ET) -- Matchup Report

Seattle is favored by almost as many points as the team has scored through the first two games of the season. But don't let that scare you from backing the Seahawks here because they have covered the spread in the past 10 meetings with the 49ers, winning each of the last four by double digits. They will flex their muscles in this NFC West matchup and prove to the rest of the NFL that they are still legit Super Bowl contenders despite their recent offensive shortcomings.
