LeBron Was Hilariously Roasted For His Criticism Of ‘Washington Football’

Late last week, LeBron James took his criticism of the former Washington Redskins’ new name: ‘Washington Football’. His words led to a historically accurate and hilarious clap back:

As the son of former Major League Baseball player Gary Sheffield, I feel more than qualified to comment on the hilarity of the response from @HogsHaven, while also addressing the hypocrisy of LeBron James. Hypocrisy seems to be LeBron’s middle name these days as he never manages to leave his opinion out the mix.  

LeBron’s critique of Washington Football was about as stupid as the shake weight, but his inability to be self aware stems, partially, from us. We allow super athletes a platform where we seem to care about what they say on topics they clearly know nothing about. We praise athletes agreeing with our political views for utilizing their platform for good, but reality is they make baseless comments to no end because we allow it.

There’s no question ‘Washington Football’ feels like making your password, “password”, but LeBron James is the least qualified person, maybe on earth, to weigh in.
