Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are returning to production. That's right, but it's being reported that both gameshows are filming this week and next. The Wheel will have social distancing and Jeopardy contestants will be on an adjusted set. Yes, Alex Trebek will be back. Jeopardy will reportedly produce five shows per day for two days a week. Contestants will be tested to make sure they're not carrying and there won't be a studio audience, but you'll get new shows.
I just happened to hit the Guide this week on a Wheel episode and noticed it was from 2016. Pat and Vanna were due to get new material and then this news comes along. Even with all the fear porn out there, life is starting to move on. You make adjustments and keep rolling.
