Columbia University Cancels Graduation Over Anti-Israel Protests, Trump Rips Biden

In an incredible act of cowardice, Columbia University has canceled its commencement and main graduation ceremony because of the anti-Israel protests that administrators have allowed to take over its campus

"Our Deans and other colleagues who work directly with our students have been discussing plans with student leaders, and, most importantly, listening," Columbia said in a statement.

"Based on their feedback, we have decided to make the centerpiece of our Commencement activities our Class Days and school-level ceremonies, where students are honored individually alongside their peers, rather than the University-wide ceremony that is scheduled for May 15."

Doesn't every American know the phrase, "You never negotiate with terrorists?" Well, you also don't negotiate with terrorist-sympathizers, which is exactly what these anti-Israel mobs are.

Even if the left-wing media wants to refer to them as "peaceful protestors" or "anti-war," anyone with common sense understands exactly what they are. They are pro-Hamas, antisemitic, and anti-American.

Former United States president Donald Trump weighed in on the decision by Columbia University.

"Columbia just canceled their commencement. That shouldn't happen," Trump said. "Many of the protestors are backed by Biden donors … I hope you're listening, Israel … that's where the money is coming from, and I'm not surprised at all."

Former NFL star and Columbia University alumnus Marcellus Wiley joined OutKick's Dan Dakich on Friday and said he was "disgusted" with what's going on at his alma mater.

"I hate that they're sullying our reputation," Wiley said. "And every other day you hear about the head of the university being fired or canceled. It's every school in the Ivy League. They're really damaging our reputation."

Wiley is right. In what world would a parent sign up to send their kids to an Ivy League school, pay literally hundreds of thousands of dollars, and get this as a result?
