Charlie Kirk's Legacy And Vision For America Will Live Forever
Do not let evil win. Charlie Kirk never did.
Charlie Kirk passed away on Wednesday after being shot during a campus event at Utah Valley University.
Kirk was the founder of Turning Point USA, one of the most prominent organizations advocating for conservative principles on high school, college, and university campuses. At just 31 years old, he had already become one of the most influential political activists in the country and played a critical role in the ground game for Donald Trump’s successful 2024 presidential campaign.
Yet Kirk himself would be the first to say that his work in politics was always secondary to his mission of spreading his Christian faith and to his greatest callings—as a husband and father of two.

President Trump shared the news of Kirk’s passing with a heavy heart on Wednesday afternoon.
"The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!" Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The President also ordered that all American flags be flown at half-mast until Sunday evening in Kirk’s honor:
"In honor of Charlie Kirk, a truly Great American Patriot, I am ordering all American Flags throughout the United States lowered to Half Mast until Sunday evening at 6 P.M."

Moments like these can make us feel as though evil has prevailed. But that is not the truth. Evil seeks to silence, to intimidate, and to make us stand down in fear. To give in would be to let evil win.
We owe it to Kirk to continue the fight he so valiantly fought--for faith, freedom, and the future of America.
Charlie sought not only to improve the country for himself, but to ensure that future generations—including his own son and daughter—could grow up in the America he envisioned. That responsibility now rests with us.
Do not let evil win. Charlie Kirk never did.
