Atlantic City Casinos Reopening With A Lot of Rules
Atlantic City casinos are permitted to reopen on Thursday after more than three months of being closed to coronavirus. However, it comes with a caveat: Per a directive from New Jersey governor Phil Murphy, smoking, drinking, and eating will not be allowed inside the casinos. Thus, the casinos are of the belief that there will not be many customers.
“No booze? No one’s coming,” a casino employee union president told the AP. “I really don’t even think they should open. Why would they?”
