New College Football Video Game Cover Appears To Leak Online

The cover for "College Football 25" appears to have hit the internet.

The upcoming college football video game will be the first one since summer 2013, and the buzz around it is insane.

It was reported Thursday that nearly 13,000 players opted into the game, and we have an even bigger update to share now.

Make sure you're sitting down, and let's roll.

Cover for "College Football 25" hits PlayStation Store.

It was announced months ago that a full reveal for the game would arrive at some point in May. That hasn't happened yet, but someone - accidental or not - uploaded what appears to be the game's cover to the PlayStation Store at some point late Friday morning.

The cover for the deluxe version features Quinn Ewers, Donovan Edwards, Jalen Milroe, Carson Beck, Travis Hunter, Quinshon Judkins, a bunch of flags and then other players who can't be identified.

Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders was a sexy pick to end up on the cover, and while that could still happen, he isn't featured on the one in the PlayStation Store.

There is also a still image that appears to be a screenshot of the actual game play.

This is starting to feel very real. I can almost taste it on my tongue. The game is expected to arrive in July. The rumored release date is July 19th.

There's still no trailer for "College Football 25." However, that could change at literally any moment. I would expect one no later than a couple weeks.

It could even happen as soon as next week if you believe some reporting out there.

Fans have waited more than a decade, and this game is actually happening. I'm so happy that I damn near could shed some tears. July is going to be an amazing month. Text your significant others now and let them know it's time to mentally prepare to not see you. Let's roll, gentlemen.
