Alica Schmidt Once Again Uses Healing Power Of Beach Bikini Time Ahead Of World Championships In The Bahamas

This weekend is a big one for German runner Alica Schmidt, who is in The Bahamas ahead of an official Olympic qualifying competition.

There's no time to waste with the Summer Olympics in Paris scheduled to begin on July 26.  The time is now.  Most of the heavy lifting is behind the competitors.  It's time to go out and compete.

That means Alica's been spending time preparing for the event both on the track and off of it.  The "World's Sexiest Athlete" has been pumping out social media content to relax.  All while reminding her large following what she's in the Caribbean to accomplish.

Her most recent reminder popped up in her Instagram Story after a steady stream on Instagram and TikTok content over the last several days.  She said, "The first important competition starts this weekend.  The World Relays this year is the official qualifying competition for the Olympic Games.

She added, "32 teams will compete this weekend but only 14 will secure their spot in Paris."

Alica Schmidt Recovering Like The Elite Athlete She Is

Alica, in addition to her social media updates, has also been, once again, harnessing the all-important "healing energy" that can only be found hanging out at the beach in a bikini.

There's no simulating this with a cold tub or sauna routine.  You have to have feet in the sand, skin exposed for the sunshine, and the ocean water.  It's the only way.

This is part of what it takes to be fully prepared.  Alica Schmidt isn't leaving anything to chance.  Remaining healthy is at the top of the priority list.  It's essential to everything else that follows.

If you want to compete with the best in the world, then you have to prepare, train, recover, and feed social media algorithms like the best in the world.  She's checked all those boxes.

Everything is coming together at the right time.  She's prepared on the track, and she's prepared when it comes to social media.  The only thing that's left to do is to go out and compete at an elite level.
