Will Smith Is Concerned About His Chunky Body

There was a time we all idolized Will Smith. He had it all. Now, he still has a lot, but the body is an idol to no one.

Mr. Smith admitted as much. Though he loves his chunky belly, it’s not a very good look. Nor is it making him feel well.

Here’s the 2021 version of Will Smith.

Judge a man at his best, not at his worst.

Bad times come and go, so it’s important to remember the good. They were not all bad:

As they say, 52 can be hard on a man.

It is Transformation Tuesday, anyway. I wish Will Smith the best.

It appears a new Men in Black is not on the way…

  1. This is the commitment and consistency principle directly out of a famous book on psychology. Will Smith knows that by announcing to the world that he is going to get in shape, that he is much more likely to follow through on that promise. Now he has to lose the weight.

“Commitment: People want their beliefs to be consistent with their values. The principle of commitment declares that humans have a deep need to be seen as consistent. As such, once we’ve publicly committed to something or someone, we’re much more likely to go through and deliver on that commitment (hence, consistency).”
