The plan is for Will to join Clay on OutKick each Wednesday morning.
Interestingly, I began covering sports media the same month Will Cain began his ESPN Radio show, and I added news media to my beat this past summer, the same time Will moved to Fox News. As a result, I’ve covered his career closer than anyone and can say that this is a great move for all parties involved.
Will left ESPN last year (and killed its radio lineup) for Fox News, where he hosts Fox & Friends on the weekends and is launching a new podcast.

What’s crazy to me is how successful Outkick has been when the sports world is pretty shitty right now. I’ve never felt compelled to pay for any insider membership but Outkick really resonated with me.

Love Will. He had the only listenable show on ESPN Radio, even though so many people at that company clearly hated him, and by extension, millions of others of Americans, for our views.
