Weather Conditions Force SEC Baseball Tournament To Start Early On Friday

The SEC Baseball Tournament will start early on Friday due to projected weather conditions in Hoover, Ala., according to the conference's official Twitter account. Game 13 will now get underway at 11:00 a.m. ET (10:00 a.m. CT).

The first game of the day will include a rematch between No. 4 Tennessee and Alabama.

Considering how Wednesday's game ended between the two teams, this should be a fun one to watch. A controversial runner interference call on the Vols pushed that game to extra innings, and the Tide ended up winning 3-2.

According to the SEC, Game 14 between No. 3 Vanderbilt and No. 12 Ole Miss will begin 35 minutes after the conclusion of Tennessee-Alabama, so the early portion of your Friday should get off to a good start.
