Watch: Fight Breaks Out Between Dodgers Fans and Security

Well, Dodger Stadium elected to beef up its security personnel with the Houston Astros coming into town, and it turned out to be the right call. This is the first time the Astros have been on the road playing the Dodgers after the sign-stealing scandal came to light, after all.

Back in 2017, Houston took home a championship by cheating, and the Dodgers were the ones on the receiving end of the heartbreaking defeat in the World Series. Of course fans were going to be upset, but I'm not sure we expected all hell to break loose on Wednesday night.

Jake Reiner with CBS Los Angeles tweeted a couple of videos of fans getting into fights, including a few of them exchanging blows with security. Check it out:

Were those the only confrontations in Dodger Stadium? Of course not. This was a crowd itching to throw hands with the enemy, which almost happened in this next clip of a fan taking the trash talk a little too far.

The Dodgers did end up winning the game 7-5, and the newly acquired Max Scherzer struck out 10 in his Los Angeles debut. Unfortunately, that series is now over, and the Dodgers will move on to the Angels on Saturday.
