WATCH: An Avalanche Of Eagles Fans Destroy FedEx Field To Congratulate Jalen Hurts On 20-16 Win

Celebrating the satisfaction of an Eagles victory and not being a Giants fan, a crowd of Philly fans broke through some infrastructure at FedEx Field to also congratulate franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Not deterred by Hurts' mild stats on the day (17-of-26 passing, 214 yards), fans near the tunnel reached over as he was headed to the locker room, causing the stands to collapse under the weight of Philly's heightened playoff hopes. Hurts also added 44 rushing yards on seven carries.

(Remember, this is a home game for the Washington Football Team.)

As the NFC East remains one of the least-impressive divisions in football, the Eagles hope to distinguish themselves from the same breed of dumpster fire happening with the Giants or Washington.

The Dallas Cowboys are enjoying a comeback year at 11-5, already having clinched a playoff berth by Week 16.

Improving to 9-7 with their win on Sunday, the Eagles will square up against the Cowboys next. A win will put the Eagles in double digits on the season — a first since their Super Bowl run in 2017 (13-3).

On the cusp of the NFC playoff picture, the Eagles can secure their postseason bid with "a Minnesota loss at Green Bay and either New Orleans loses to Carolina or San Francisco beats Houston," as relayed by the AP.
