Did An AFC West Team Diss Tom Brady Last Summer?

A story came out Sunday regarding comments that Super Bowl winning quarterback Tom Brady made on HBO's The Shop: Uninterrupted.

Brady spoke about his free agent tour last summer and, in the process, pointed out a team that did not bring him in for a chat.

"You're sticking with that motherf-----? Are you serious?," Brady said.

It turns out, "that MFer," according to reports, was Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr.

Las Vegas was rumored to be in the mix for Brady, but it sounds like the Raiders didn't do their due diligence to woo the quarterback into a meeting.

At the time of the Brady sweepstakes, Raiders coach Jon Gruden stated, "We love our quarterback," referring to Carr.

On the HBO show, Brady took aim at that 'mystery' team, and didn't hold back.

"I'm gonna go f--- you up because of that," the QB said.

There were a number of teams that were in the mix for Brady, including San Francisco, Tennessee and Denver. Some reports also said recently that the Saints had interest in Brady, even though they still had Drew Brees under center at the time.
