Fans are back on Rocky Top for the Vols and while Neyland Stadium was not rocking like it normally would for an SEC showdown, it was nice to have fans in the stands.

Also, since there was not a scheduled halftime performance, those in attendance were treated to a 1980 performance from The Charlie Daniels Band.

It was earlier this summer, July 6th, when country music icon Charlie Daniels passed away at age 83.

His most famous track, “Devil Went Down to Georgia,” is one that is recognized from every corner of the globe.
