Video: Wow, There Are ‘F Drew Brees’ Chants at a New Orleans Protest

If you had woken up this morning, what odds would you have to accept before learning that people would be chanting “fuck Drew Brees” on the streets of New Orleans by night time? Would you have taken 100,000-1 odds?

But that’s what happened, albeit briefly, as captured by a reporter for the New Orleans Times-Picayune:

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Brees was interviewed by Yahoo Finance and said, “I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country.” Teammates, including Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas, and Malcolm Jenkins, took issue with the remarks.

What can Brees possibly say at this point to make this better?
