After the Chiefs kicked a field goal to extend their lead over the Browns to 22-9, CBS cameras captured Tyreek Hill berating and shoving WR coach Greg Lewis on the sidelines. After the shove, Hill and Lewis were joking and smiling with each other:

Given how quickly everything seemed okay, it doesn’t seem like this will be a lasting issue. However, it was a pretty stunning visual when CBS went to break before they showed the laughing after commercials.
