Video: Highway Traffic Stopped for Patriots Route to Airport to Fly to KC

Bill Belichick thinks of everything. The Patriots are doing a rare day-of-game flight to Kansas City because their matchup was postponed after Cam Newton tested positive for Covid-19. Instead of braving Boston-area rush hour en route to Logan airport, the highway is blocked off on I-93 so they can get to Kansas City in swift time:




If you're a Boston-area commuter this morning, your anger about getting held up in this mess is probably in direct correlation to how big a Pats fan you are. Judging by Boston sports talk radio numbers, where about 1/5th of men aged 25-54 tune in on weekdays, there's a decent chance that many of the people caught up in that traffic jam are just fine with it.
