Video: Bill Belichick Has Absolutely Had It With This Season

The 2020 season has not been good to the New England Patriots.

First, they lost longtime quarterback Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That team is now going to the playoff for the first time since 2007. The Patriots, on the other hand, are about to be 6-9. Their 11-year streak of playoff appearances will come to an end.

Bill Belichick ... yeah, he's not handling this well. During a 31-9 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football, the Patriots head coach was caught throwing a phone on the sidelines after an exchange with someone up in the booth.

Nothing has gone right for New England, and that includes the signing of Brady's replacement, Cam Newton. He was benched once again midway through the third quarter in favor of second-year quarterback Jarrett Stidham.

It has to be tough seeing the ex thrive -- or at least do enough to make the playoffs -- in his new relationship. It also has to be tough to go from being the king of the AFC East to third place behind the Bills and the Miami Dolphins.

At least the New York Jets are doing their part to keep the Pats from being division bottom-dwellers.
