UCF 'Would Love 100% Capacity' for 2021 Football Season

UCF Athletics announced Monday that 84% of its 2021 season tickets were sold out, with just over 6,400 tickets remaining.

The university said 20,079 tickets have been sold as of Friday and that 6,483 seats out of the Bounce House’s total 41,522 capacity still remain.

UCF Athletics said 20,079 season tickets have been sold as of Friday, and the total includes seats reserved for recruits and other university guests but excludes suites, lodges and ADA seating.

There are 15,000 tickets allocated, the graphic shows — with 12,000 reserved for UCF students, and 3,000 set aside for the visiting team.

UCF said it is too soon to know whether the Bounce House will operate at 100% capacity in 2021 and is selling season tickets on an on-going basis, Knight News' Quentin Rodriguez reports.

“We have no idea — way premature to know — obviously we would love to have 100% capacity, but it all depends on the COVID progress in months to come,” UCF Athletics spokesman John Heisler said to Knight News. “In the meantime, we are selling season tickets on an ongoing basis.”
