Ty Lawson Banned For Life From Chinese CBA After Saying Chinese Women "Got Cakes"

Former NBA point guard Ty Lawson has been reportedly "banned for life" after controversial comments on Instagram. His IG story said "Chinese women got cakes on the low" and "Yolo i guess" in a picture with what appears to be a stripper. The Chinese CBA was furious and judging from their past, that doesn't really mean anything.

Never heard any person get offended by Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back" — which features the immortal line "I Like Big Butts And I Cannot Lie" — but here we are. Lawson is obviously messing around and clearly forgot he works in a communist country.

The Chinese CBA insists "inappropriate words" cost him his job for good, but they really have a gripe with opinions in general. The guy expressed a thought that was technically a compliment, which is why this would never be an issue in the U.S.

Thought only America was racist?

Check out Ty Lawson's comment sections (at your own discretion). We were told racism was exclusive to the United States, but that turned out to be a lie:

Hopefully Ty Lawson is ready to be done playing basketball because the Chinese CBA isn't changing their ruling. At least Lawson gave us one last laugh after a great basketball career!
