The Chicago Cubs were down 10-2 to the Atlanta Braves in the 6th Inning Saturday afternoon at Wrigley Field and somehow came back to win 14-10. The Cubbies scored an absurd nine runs in the 8th inning to take the lead and ice it. Let’s take a look at some tweets from when Chicago was down big.
Due to inclement play, the Chicago Cubs will not be competitive today.

This Cubs/Braves game is ugly. One of those days where I’m sure the boys would rather be home. ☔️

Why would the #Cubs tweet this? Wouldn’t it be best to just pretend the game isn’t happening? https://t.co/qBxo32ZkeK

It’s fine, Cubs, I didn’t want to experience any joy today.

It’s also fun to compare and contrast tweets from when the Cubs were down 10-2, with those from when Chicago came back and took the lead.
Here’s CBS Sports college football writer, and proud Braves fan, Barrett Sallee when the Braves were crushing the Cubs:
It's clear now that the @Braves are going to win the World Series, Stanley Cup, NBA Finals, Super Bowl and U.S. Open this year. #ChopOn

This Cubs fan was not happy with the first six innings:
He was happy with the last three:
Cubs fan Jackson with a simple, yet effective jab at his team when they were down eight runs:
And then a classy, heartfelt, apology after the comeback:
This giddy Braves fan couldn’t contain his excitement early in the game:
Later on, he was befuddled:
Another happy Braves fan!
Ok this is harsh:
