Trevor Lawrence's Hairstylist Sends Him Off To Jacksonville

Former Clemson quarterback and No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence's hairstylist always knew he would move on and need a new stylist, and he's OK with that.

Scott Holder, the owner of Hair Techniques in Cartersville, Georgia, trusts the Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback will find a competent stylist in his new home, The Post and Courier reports.

Holder said he hopes whoever takes over his responsibilities knows to respect Lawrence’s time — he's been doing the QB's hair since he was in high school, so if someone knows the star signal-caller, it's him.

“We would talk about fishing, we would talk about golf,” Holder said, per The Post and Courier. “Everyone in the world wanted to talk to him about football. I just tried to give him some downtime ... I just wanted to give him some space.”

Eric Rivera, a Jaguars team barber since 2016, believes he would be a good guy for the job. He told the Post and Courier that he opened Precision Barber Shop with a loan from former Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles.

“Me, doing school up north, in New Jersey, it taught me a lot. It’s very diverse, you get a lot of styles up there. They’re always up to par with the new styles, new trends,” Rivera said. “If Trevor was to sit in my chair, definitely would be able to give him exactly what he would want. Or if he were to ask me for advice on what he would want, I would definitely be able to do that as well.”
