Tom Brady’s longtime assistant Ben Rawitz has been talking to other top quarterbacks about work, fueling his retirement talks.

Page Six reports that Rawitz has reached out to a list of quarterbacks — including the Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen, Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow, Arizona Cardinals’ Kyler Murray and New England Patriots’ Mac Jones — for management opportunities.

Even before the Buccaneers’ 30-27 loss to the Rams in the NFC Divisional Round, the 44-year-old said after the game that he would take time to evaluate his next move, as OutKick’s Nick Geddes reported.

“I said this a few years ago, it’s what relationships are all about,” Brady said, via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. “It’s not always what I want. It’s what we want as a family. And I’m gonna spend a lot of time with them and figure out in the future what’s next.

“It pains [my wife, Gisele] to see me get hit out there,” Brady said. “And she deserves what she needs from me as a husband and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad.”

Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians and other members of the team have indicated they have no intention of trying to force or rush Brady into a decision, though, so it seems it’s a matter of waiting for him to decide.
