Tom Brady Has Been Collecting Big Bucks With Each Playoff Win

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has a chance to become even richer. Yeah, amazing. But it's true.

As relayed by FOX Business News, if the Buccaneers beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, Brady will be paid an extra $500,000. Because, you know, he will really need it. After all, his contract with the Buccaneers is only for two years and $50 million. He signed that this past offseason after 20 years with the New England Patriots.

Of course, he has already earned more than his "base" of $25 million a year -- even if he doesn't win another Super Bowl. Per Sportac, Brady made an extra $500k just for making the playoffs. He made an extra $250K for winning a playoff game. He made $500k more for making the NFC Championship Game. And yeah, another $500K for winning that.

Along with cashing in, Brady could add to his actual football legacy with a win. He would further his own record of Super Bowl rings for one player with seven -- surpassing each the Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers for most Super Bowl victories.

Overall, he is playing his 10th Super Bowl and is one-for-one with the Buccaneers. The man just wins, and that's why he gets paid. The Super Bowl is scheduled to kick off Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. EST, yes, in Tampa Bay.
