Titans Fined for Their COVID Violations

Videos by OutKick

The NFL is fining the Tennessee Titans $350K for their COVID-19 violations, Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Media report.

The Titans were fined because the NFL and NFLPA investigation turned up times that they were not wearing masks, as well as an unauthorized workout outside team facilities. No player or administrator (i.e. coach Mike Vrabel or GM Jon Robinson) was fined for the infractions. The fine is also a much less substantial punishment than was previously feared — at one point amidst the 24 positive tests there was chatter of loss of draft picks or even a game forfeiture.

All in all, the Titans can’t be too devastated about this fine.
