Tim Tebow Releases Children's Book Honoring His Late Dog, Bronco

If you have ever lost an animal, you know the pain that goes along with it.

Former NFL quarterback and all-around good guy Tim Tebow recently lost his dog, Bronco, and wanted to have something to remember him by forever.

That's why Tebow, a former first-round pick of the Denver Broncos in 2010, has written a children's book featuring Bronco, entitled Bronco and Friends: A Party to Remember.

Tebow's dog passed away back in November of 2019 at the age of nine. The ex-quarterback would often say that Bronco was his "son."

The book, which is currently available on Amazon for $15.99, is listed as the No. 1 Best Seller in Children's Christian Family Fiction.

Like one would expect with Tebow, the book does have some religious overtones to it, but that's not stopping parents, who may have concerns, from purchasing it.

"I wanted to encourage young kids, because those young children's books -- they really have huge impacts on our lives, and I was really hoping that this would have a big impact as well," Tebow said Tuesday via ABC's Good Morning America.

Tebow has written other books, but this is his first foray into writing kids' books. If it's a winner, it could be the first of what could be a new career for the 33-year-old.
