Sweet Bones Party Tonight in Birmingham 6-9: Also, Verno, a hot chick, and a stick

First, let me get out an invite to anyone in Birmingham that wants to come hang out, have free food from 6-7, and then knock down some $2 beers courtesy of Miller Lite. We'll be at Sweet Bones restaurant in Alabama from 6-9. That's at 245 Summit Boulevard in Birmingham. After we set up our party, XM also decided to come along so Jack Arute and Mike Leach will be there broadcasting live as well. It should be a really good time and I could use a few beers after getting this site up and running.

Plus, I want to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the greatest nickname in the history of American life, Stonewall Jackson. For dinner tonight, I'll avoid using butter on my bread in homage to Stonewall. Also, if there's a better nickname, beat it on Twitter.

Thanks to everyone who has visited, we've put up huge numbers and I think we've also introduced some voices that are going to be really entertaining in the weeks, months, and days going forward. But, now, here is Memphis radio show host Chris Vernon's video that he has been pimping so aggressively to me all day that I really want to just get it linked so he'll stop harassing me.

The set-up is simple: Verno, a hot chick, Lauren Dunning, who is approximately a foot taller than Verno, and a stick. In the annals of stick interviews this one ranks right up there with...well it's probably the best stick video interview ever. So here we go. See y'all in the Birmingham area tonight.
