Stephon Gilmore Puts House On The Market Amid Trade Rumors

The NFL trade deadline on Nov. 3 is quickly approaching and with it comes a wide variety of trade rumors and speculation about several of the league's top players. Those talks include All-Pro cornerback Stephon Gilmore.

The New England Patriots (2-4) have reportedly been discussing moving their best defensive player since August, and the team's current three-game losing streak makes the move even more likely.

It looks like Gilmore is buying into the speculation too.

On Wednesday morning, it was discovered that the South Carolina product has listed his house on the market. It was originally reported on Twitter by The Greg Hill Show, but Allan Bell with 247Sports has also confirmed the listing.

The fact that Gilmore has put his house on the market in the middle of the season is suspicious enough. Making things even more interesting, however, is the last line of the Zillow ad, which says that "all offers if any due on Tuesday, November 3rd at 5PM."

At what point does it stop being a coincidence? Is Gilmore trying to get ahead of things? We don't know yet, but there are plenty of competitive teams who could use an elite cornerback right now. Gilmore is expensive, but he's also worth it.
