ACC Mascots Cause Hilarious Confusion On D.C. Metro System

An incredible video shows the ACC mascots generating some bizarre looks on the D.C. metro.

The ACC is hosting its conference tournament in Washington, D.C., and as we covered Wednesday, attendance is poor and tickets are cheap.

Yet, a lack of interest hasn't stopped the mascots from enjoying their time in the city. That included a trip to the metro.

An awesome video shows the ACC mascots getting off the metro at a station and people having absolutely no idea what is going on.

Watch the funny moment unfold below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Hilarious video shows ACC mascots causing confusion on the D.C. metro.

Everything about this video is incredible. Every single second of it is funny. As someone who lives in the D.C. area, I've dealt with the metro for years.

It's a trash system, dirty, there's open drug use at the stations and not nearly enough police. Every single second on the metro is a miserable experience.

Now, imagine getting on with your morning coffee and seeing a bunch of mascots walking around. I can't imagine anyone who would describe it as pleasant.

Did these people look happy? Not at all. The woman with the dog legitimately looked confused as all hell and I don't blame her.

This video was filmed before 8:00 a.m. local time. That's way too early to be dealing with this kind of nonsense. Most people haven't even had their coffee yet. Save the mascots for the stadium - not the metro. Let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com if you agree!
