Another NBA Player In Los Angeles Has Home Burglarized
NBA player Talen Horton-Tucker's Los Angeles home was burglarized, making it the latest incident targeting a high-profile athlete in the crime-ridden city.
According to TMZ, Horton-Tucker had $170,000 in jewelry stolen from his home. Horton-Tucker — a Los Angeles Laker from 2019 to 2022 before joining the Utah Jazz — had his LA home broken into earlier this week. THT was not at the residence at the time of the burglary, which was partly caught on video and identified one suspect.
Authorities have not made an arrest. The video footage of the burglar caught him escaping via the back fence of Horton-Tucker's home. A house sitter for Horton-Tucker reported the incident to authorities.

In recent years, LA athletes have been targeted by vandals who target lavish areas of the crime-ridden county. In 2023, several Los Angeles Dodgers players had their homes burglarized or had their vehicles broken into.
In March, Los Angeles Clippers center Ivica Zubac had his home burglarized, resulting in the loss of a Rolex watch after a three-man party of robbers broke into the home. Fellow NBAer Draymond Green had his home robbed for $1 million during his visit to SoFi Stadium for the Super Bowl in 2022.
