The 2020 college football season just concluded earlier this month, but the Southeastern Conference has already released its schedule for the 2021 season. It’s a sigh of relief after they couldn’t finalize the 2020 schedule until August this past season.
The 2021 reveal went live on the SEC Network at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday afternoon, and it features several intriguing games, even as early as Week 1.
Hereโs what we got so far:

Obviously, the two big Week 1 matchups are Alabama-Miami and Georgia-Clemson. All four teams should be ranked in the top 10-15, and will have a major impact on the College Football Playoff race.
The SEC is releasing schedule updates a week at a time (of course they are), so stay tuned for more information as it comes in. Michael Bratton has done a great job staying on top of it on Twitter.

imma Bama fan, but it looks like the plan is to go back to padding the schedule? Bama starts every year with half their wins already in the bag.
Bama is gonna play New Mexico State?
(and old southern miss state tech)
major college football is going backwards once again.
Did Tennessee really need to hire a new coach? My ex-cleaning lady could go 8-3 with that schedule.
