According to property records, Sean Hannity has purchased a Palm Beach condo just three miles from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club for $5.3 million, the Jacksonville Business Journal reports. The 3,813 sq. ft. condo with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean last sold for $4.2 million in March and then it was sold to Hannity for $5.3 million a month later for a healthy profit on the flip in a blazing hot Florida housing market.
Built in 1981, Hannity’s new 5,100 sq. ft. condo is one of just 15 units in his neighborhood with ocean views. If you want to see the ocean in this place, just turn your head. The seller’s agent noted in the listing that the “residence offers ocean views from all main rooms.”
And Sean gets a pool with a view. A very private pool. It’s not some outlandish pool you’d see on Animal Planet’s Lucas Lagoons show, but it’s a body of water to lay in after another week of battling the lunatics on the left.
Sean can walk out the sliding doors, suck down that fresh ocean air, do a cannonball into the pool, maybe enjoy a cocktail and clear the head a little bit.
Take a tour!

In all honesty, Hannity got swindled. The ocean view is great but the house looks outdated. He could have done better in that area. Probably a little desperate and settled
That’s some ugly interior decorating.
Sean. I live in Florida and would be happy to house sit while you are away.
Good place to escape from the Fascist State of New York… permanently….
Looks like someone is fleeing to Florida with all the tens of thousands of other New Yorkers. Nice place, but it clearly needs new carpet in the bedroom. Since he makes about 30 million a year from Fox, he should be able to afford it.
MplsMark: New carpet? How about new wallpaper? Holy crap that is an ugly bedroom.
And, white walls in every single room. Bleck. Whoever flipped this make a ton of money with terrible taste in decorating. It was so ugly, I kept forgetting to look at the great views of the ocean :#
He could drop $10K for a good interior designer. I hope he does it.
I get the combo of wanting to live in Florida (for now) and the ocean view…but these million dollar homes seem so cold and sterile.
I hate that this guy is on my side of the political spectrum. It’s like the guy on your team in High School who you totally despised.
