Salma Hayek Drops The Hammer Off The Top Rope On Cyber Monday

Here I was just going about my business on Cyber Monday blogging away on the 'VID, Vita Vea's missing tooth and other nonsense when 55-year-old Salma Hayek came flying off the top rope like Randy Savage circa 1989.

Just absolute Instagram carnage in the streets.

"This is not my wardrobe for 'House of Gucci' but I highly recommend it anyway," Hayek wrote about her Cyber Monday Instagram assault.

Hayek plays Pina Auriemma in the new House of Gucci that was released on November 24. The movie, based on real-life socialite Patrizia Reggiani marrying Maurizio Gucci but ultimately hiring a hitman to kill Gucci. According to Bustle, Hayek's character "such a strange presence in the film that fans might even wonder if she was fabricated — but Pina Auriemma was indeed real, and she did really help Patrizia plan a murder."

The story goes that Pina Auriemma was the person who found a hitman willing to kill Gucci.

Sentenced to 25 years in prison for her role in the murder of Gucci, Auriemma was released in 2010 for good behavior. When asked in 2016 by The Guardian why she didn't just murder Gucci herself, Pina replied, "My eyesight is not so good. I didn't want to miss."

Speaking of not missing...Salma Hayek didn't miss with her Monday promotional tour of this movie. Savage-esque. A real pro's pro. One of those Instagram performances that these Instagram model wannabes will never be capable of pulling off over their boring careers.
