Saints Host Free Agent Kwon Alexander

Kwon Alexander was a fourth round pick of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in the 2015 NFL Draft and has had a successful NFL career thus far.

Alexander is now a free agent, and this week he sat down with the New Orleans Saints and head coach Sean Payton to talk about re-joining the franchise after they released him back in March.

After his rookie year in which he played in six games, Alexander went to San Francisco and played in eight games, recording an interception.

Last season, Alexander suffered an Achilles injury, but has been cleared and is ready for football drills. He's done extensive work with Sharif "Dr. Reef" Tabbah for months, seemingly moving well during his rehab.

Last season, the linebacker logged 350 snaps after he was dealt from the Niners to the Saints. He started seven games before going down with an injury in Week 16 against Minnesota.

Alexander played college ball at LSU before getting drafted by the Bucs back in 2015.
