According to Russell Wilson’s agent, the star quarterback has NOT demanded a trade, but he has given the Seahawks the teams he’d consider, if they were to trade him.
Cowboys, Saints, Raiders, Bears. And that’s it.
Russell Wilson also has a no-trade clause in his contract. So, in the end, Wilson holds the cards. https://t.co/05E66lg2sS

As ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted, Wilson holds all the cards with that no-trade clause. Seattle doesn’t have to trade him, but if they do, he ultimately has all the say on where he goes.
And finally we get a list that makes more sense than the rumors that flew earlier this morning saying that the 49ers led the charge. The last thing Pete Carroll and the Seahawks would do is trade a top-five quarterback to a division rival.
We’re not sure where he ends up or even if he’ll be traded, but we do know that whatever happens, Russell Wilson will post the corniest Instagram hype video we’ve ever seen. It’s either “go Hawks” or Skip Bayless making a TikTok about the latest Cowboy. For the internet’s sake, we sure hope Russ stays put.
Another employee making demands go pound sand
He negotiated a contract with them to which they agreed. He’s on firm ground on this one. The Seahawks handed that power over to him.
Always loved Russ but there’s no denying he’s a weirdo.
Geaux Saints!!!
I also understand Dallas and the Raiders. But the Bears?
