What a night it was in Kansas City where Nick Castellanos ruined a eulogy being read by a Royals broadcaster by hitting a home run and a Royals fan wowed social media with his perfectly timed flaming wallet trick. That’s a solid July 5 night at the ballpark from a content angle.
Let’s start with Flaming Wallet Husband (we’ll call him Carl) whose wife (Tammy?) didn’t even blink when he pulled off his trick yet again, this time for the Royals broadcast team. Look at that smirk on her face. She’s seen that trick so many times, but deep down it reminds her of why she fell in love with him all those years ago. He was a party. She came from a semi-conservative family. He was the wild man. ‘Tammy’ was instantly attracted to the fun ‘Carl’ was pumping out.
Now they suck down drafts at the Royals game while their teenage kids are back home saran wrapping the sink sprayer to get mom and dad when they come home.
Amazon sells these for $40 in case you want to cause a scene while pulling out a few $20s to buy a round at a sporting event.

Now, let’s get to Castellanos and his home run timing. Let’s not forget what Nick did back in 2020 when Thom Brennaman’s MLB broadcasting career was coming to an end live on TV. Now watch where both home runs land. Coincidence? You make the call.
Here is the Royals broadcast of the Nick Castellanos home run.
They were eulogizing someone live on the air when it Nick went deep to left-center field.
You can not make this stuff up.
