The Los Angeles Rams beat the Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card round on Saturday. What did it cost them? Everything. Well, maybe not everything … but injuries took a toll on the team.
The status of backup quarterback John Wolford, who suffered a serious neck injury, is still unknown. But at least there was some good news when it comes to starting wide receiver Cooper Kupp.
According to a tweet from Mike Garafolo with the NFL Network, it looks like the former third-round pick avoided a major injury to his knee. Garafolo’s tweet included a last line that said “should be fine.”
All indications are nothing major for #Rams WR Cooper Kupp. Knee contusion. Should be fine.

That is big news for Kupp, and it might be even bigger news for the Rams. The fourth-year receiver has been fantastic since coming into the league back in 2017, and that was once again reflected with this impressive 44-yard catch over Jamal Adams on Saturday.
