NBA Fact Checkers Find LeBron Knows Less Than We Thought

On Wednesday, LeBron James posted a long, poorly-written Twitter thread, blaming the NBA for recent player injuries. Though LeBron is a far-Left moron on the level of ESPN's Mark Jones, I actually took LeBron at his word on this topic. At least at first.

Sure, LeBron knows nothing about most topics and still chooses to speak on them anyway. But the health and bodies of NBA players? That should be his area of expertise, no? Apparently not.

LeBron doesn't know anything about anything.

According to NBA fact-checkers -- who presumably are more reliable than those for the newspaper industry -- LeBron is wrong. Very wrong.

The NBA says that "injury rates were virtually the same this season as they were during 2019-20, while starter-level and All-Star players missed games due to injury at similar rates as the last three seasons."

So all those tweets were a waste.

Did LeBron really think he was right or was he just so starved for attention after getting bounced in the first round that he made it all up? LeBron has a long history of lying, knowing he will be believed, so it's hard to tell.

Remember this?

This time, he got even me.

There's still a win in all this, however. The number of topics we should be willing to listen to LeBron on is now down to one. While I can't identify what that single topic is, the guy has to be semi-informed about at least one thing. Doesn't he?

Anyway, despite key injuries to decent human beings like Kawhi Leonard and James Harden, the NBA playoffs are more watchable with this guy at home. So, we'll let him tweet his lies, if it means we can watch a game in peace.
