Ravens Fear They've Lost Gus Edwards and Marcus Peters With ACL Injuries

The Ravens now fear they've lost starting running back Gus Edwards and cornerback Marcus Peters to serious knee injuries, Adam Schefter reports.

Baltimore just added Le'Veon Bell to their practice squad yesterday which makes him more of a neccessity if Edwards' MRI doesn't return clean. There's simply no denying the Browns and Steelers overtake Lamar Jackson and the Ravens if they lose either of these two for significant time.

Not much a team can do when you lose three running backs and a top corner before week 1 has a chance to kick off. Lamar Jackson may need a cape...

Who will Baltimore turn to next? Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, or LeSean McCoy? Options are obviously running thin as the regular-season approaches, which makes us believe the Ravens' only hope is to pray these injuries looked worse than they actually were.

The Ravens cancelled the remainder of practice as they go into damage control. We'll all hope for the best.
